Design and Implementation of Procedures
We turn the obligations of European sustainability regulations into a procedure that the company can apply in its day-to-day operations.
From the standard to everyday practice
We turn the obligations of European sustainability regulations into a procedure that the company can apply in its day-to-day operations.
- ✓We define responsible parties, records and documentation
- ✓We support the roll-out with internal teams and suppliers
We work with regulations and directives such as the PPWR (packaging), the EUDR (deforestation), the EPBD (energy performance of buildings), the CSRD (sustainability reporting) or the digital product passport, among others.

What regulations affect companies today?
In recent years, the European Union has adopted a set of regulations and directives that impose specific design, information, and traceability obligations on companies. Here are some examples:
Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation
It sets requirements for the recyclability, minimisation and recycled content of packaging, with staggered deadlines up to 2030.
Deforestation-free Products Regulation
It requires proof of the origin of certain raw materials (wood, soy, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, cattle) and their derivatives.
Energy Performance of Buildings Directive
It sets requirements regarding the building stock and its renovation.
Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
Determines what governance, environmental, and social information the company must disclose and under which standards.
Digital product passport
Associates with each product the information on its composition, durability, and recyclability.
In addition to these, we analyze any other environmental or sustainability regulation that requires the company to document and demonstrate its compliance.
Methodology
1. Applicability analysis
We determine which regulations affect the company, over which products, facilities, or activities, and on what timeline each obligation comes into force. The result is a map of requirements with dates that makes it possible to prioritize and anticipate the changes that require more time.
2. Procedure design
We draft the internal procedure that translates the regulation into the company's operations: who is responsible for each task, what information must be collected, with which formats and records, and how the documentation is retained.
3. Implementation
We put the procedure into operation. We convey the requirements to all the stakeholders involved, inside and outside the company, and support their implementation.
Do you need to comply with the new sustainability regulations?
We help you translate each obligation into a procedure that your company can apply in its day-to-day operations.
