Decarbonisation Plans

We design the roadmap that takes your organisation towards carbon neutrality, with science-aligned targets and concrete reduction measures.

What is a decarbonisation plan?

A decarbonisation plan is the roadmap that defines how an organisation will progressively reduce its greenhouse gas emissions until it reaches climate neutrality.

It starts from the carbon footprint calculation to set a baseline and, from there, defines short-, medium- and long-term reduction targets, as well as the actions needed to achieve them.

More and more organisations are committing to science-based reduction targets (Science Based Targets) to help limit global warming to below 1.5 °C, in line with the Paris Agreement.

Our decarbonisation service

Emissions baseline

Calculation of the scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprint as a starting point.

Reduction targets

Realistic, measurable short-, medium- and long-term goals, alignable with SBTi.

Scenarios and measures

Identification and prioritisation of actions according to their cost and reduction potential.

Action plan

Timeline, owners and investments needed to carry out the decarbonisation.

Monitoring

Tracking of indicators and verification of progress towards the targets.
